A woman in Sweden called Emma played the online casino game Mega Cash Stacks on her smartphone and won approx $1.3 million (13 million Swedish Crowns). But the online casino betting company, ATG, refused to pay the whole sum.

ATG claims that the sum was incorrect due to “technical problems” in their graphic software system, and the win should never had taken place. Instead the betting company decided to pay the woman $13000 after three weeks of waiting, as a form of “goodwill gesture” to sad incident.

Emma has contacted a lawyer, who says in a interview that ATG is totally responsible for those so called “technical problems”, and is instead is caused by carelessness by the betting company, and that ATG are obligated to pay the whole sum.

ATG on the other hand claims thru their lawyers, that Emma is risking to lose the whole sum if the issue is taken to court, and that Emma should have known that there was something wrong with the ATG software in the first place, when she won the $1.3 million dollars.
