Short woman in her 40s fooled a whole society that she was a child for a year – Joined kids church-group and wanted to “sleep over”

An odd story to say the least has unfolded in Vaasa in Finland.
A whole society is in chock, after have been fooled for a whole year by a very small woman pretending to be a child under 12, and by that, managed to get a membership in the children’s local church-group, by acting and dressing like child.
It’s reported that the woman was somewhat bigger than the other children, but managed by her childish behavior and clothing to decieve the adults in charge, that she actually was a kid, Iltalehti reports.
This whole bizarre story was disclosed after a whole year, when the woman asked one of the girls in the children’s group if she could come along and “sleep over” at her home.
The girl’s father then got suspicious after had looked at some photos of the woman and seen the obvious, that the other adults for some strange reason had totally missed out on, before his revelation became an eye opener for the others.
The father then decided to file a police report of the incident, according to one of the priests in the children’s church-group, Tuomo Klapuri, Vasabladet reports.
After a thorough investigation, it turn out that the woman is in fact 40-years-old. And the motive to why she pretended to act as a child, is still an unsolved mystery.
According to police, no criminal charges has been brought, because they cannot see that any crimes has been commited by the woman.
