Did George Soros predict or even masterminded the horrific, tragic and very dangerous ongoing war in Ukraine with Russia already back in the early 90s?
The controversial and somewhat mythical businessman and finance oligarch billionaire, George Soros, 92, has during many years been accused togheter with his Open Society Foundation, of being a “puppet master“, working and acting behind the scenes, by controlling and influencing powerful politicians, financing revolutions and wars and so on. Especially in so called “conspiracy” environments where he is constantly being blamed for having orchestrated many geopolitical events.
Now an article that is said to be written by the billionaire himself on Georgesoros.com, dated back in November 1, 1993, has gone viral due to the war in Ukraine.
The article, “Toward a New World Order: The Future of NATO”, where he talked about the “The Coming World Disorder”, Soros expressed statements and visions about the best way to spare the lives of Western NATO-troops in future warfares among many other things, in relations to NATO:s expansions and potential confrontations in Eastern Europe, heading towards a “New World Order“ as Soros described it himself.
Soros basically wrote that he wanted NATO to use Eastern Europeans to do the Alliance military operations, with their lives at risk instead of Westerners coming back in “body bags”.
In the article, Soros wrote; “The combination of manpower from Eastern Europe with the technical capabilities of NATO would greatly enhance the military potential of the Partnership because it would reduce the risk of body bags for NATO countries, which is the main constraint on their willingness to act. This is a viable alternative to the looming world disorder.”.
Soros also suggested that NATO should take over the United Nations (UN) role as the guarantor for achieving a “new world order”.
“The United Nations has already failed as an institution”, wrote Soros and adding that, “NATO has the potential of serving as the basis of a new world order in that part of the world which is most in need of order and stability”.
The billionaire also expressed visions that he wanted NATO to expand into the Eastern European countries and even Russia, after the Soviet Union collapse. As he discussed the “Future of NATO”, to prevent a “security vacuum” in the region including Russia, turning into a “black hole”, which Soros considered a “danger” that must be delt with.
“The danger is within the region, and it concerns conditions within states as much as relationships between states”, wrote Soros and explained what the thought NATO:s misson should be, “If NATO has any mission at all, it is to project its power and influence into the region.”
