Colombian female judge suspended after a Zoom meeting being half-naked and smoking in bed

A Colombian judge by the name of Vivian Polania has been suspended, after she showed up half-naked and laying down smoking cigarettes in bed, during an important judicial virtual hearing on Zoom.
The 34-year-old judge Vivian Polania, known for her controversial images on Instagram, decided to appear on a live meeting wearing an outfit, not suitable for the purpose, according to the The Judicial Discipline Commission, in Norte de Santander.
The Commision decided to suspend the judge for 3 months, since the judge had failed to comply with several regulations in the middle of the procedure, by not complying with a proper dress code during these types of important proceedings.
“Such a factual situation is not compatible with the care, respect and circumspection with which a judge of the republic must administer justice, denoting a clear lack of respect by the official both for her own public investiture and respect for the people who intervened in the hearing. ”, the Commission noted, according to the infobae.
The judge seemed to be uncomprehending by the suspension and defended herself by claiming that she showed “less than if I were on the beach”.
