Senator Lindsey Graham: War in Ukraine can only end by a regime change in Russia by somebody “taking Putin out”

The US Republican senator Lindsey Graham went on Fox News, saying that the war in Ukraine can only be ended if a regime change occurs in the Kremlin without Russian president Vladimir Putin, and with force if necessary.
According to Lindsay Graham, driving the Russian forces out of Ukraine, is not enough to end the war. The goal is to replace the Putin administration in Moscow.
“How does this war end? When Russia breaks and they take Putin out.” Graham also added, “To ask the Ukrainians to give Russia a part of their country after all of this death and destruction, is not going to happen.
Senator Graham hints that Russia needs to be defeated by all means in this conflict before any peace agreement can be reached with a new government in the Kremlin. “We are in it to win it. And the only way to win it, is to break the Russian military and to have somebody in Russia to take Putin out”, said Graham.
